With Systematic Identity Verification (Witness System):

  • All samples (sperm, eggs, embryos) are labeled with patient-specific labels carrying an RFID chip. The same procedure is also applied to the patient wristband.
  • In the laboratory and operating room environment, all steps—such as egg retrieval, ICSI, transfer, and cryo-thawing—are automatically verified with wireless RFID readers. In the event of any discrepancy or mismatch, the process stops automatically.
